Owner and Head Coach
I’m Tiffani Frost, owner and coach at Omaha Kids Can Run. I’m a wife, mom of 4 boys, and an IRONMAN triathlete. I’m a Nebraska native and have been active in the Omaha/Bennington communities for the past 13 years.
As a former preschool teacher/director and youth activities instructor, I have an extensive background working with youth of all ages. Additionally, I’ve been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a group fitness instructor since January 2009 and completed continuing education credits in youth programs. Most recently, I completed ACE’s program to be recognized as a Youth Fitness Specialist. I’m also trained in Pilates, Stages Cycling, and I’m certified in CPR/AED.
I love running, but it’s not something that comes easy for me. In fact, sometimes it’s just hard. Even though I’ve competed in several half marathon races, a full marathon, and many triathlons, running is a skill that I have to continually work on. However, it is something that I love, and an activity that helps boost my mood and self-confidence. Running and triathlon have helped me set and reach goals that I never thought would be possible.
That’s why I want to transform our community through running, one school and community center at a time. I want to empower kids to set and achieve aggressive goals while building their self-confidence. By teaching our kids valuable running and life skills, and introducing them to a growth mindset early in life, imagine the possibilities we can offer them as they continue to grow! Our innovative and unique curriculum is meant to do just that.
Omaha Kids Can Run is an inclusive empowerment program for boys and girls. It’s for all kids, regardless of athletic background. Even if they don’t think they like running, our club is for them! I strive to provide the best learning and growing experience possible for all kids that join us.
